Ok, when we first met I asked if we should do an auction for a unit. I’d heard that it was better to sell the other way. Anyhow Jason suggested auction and I agreed. He said we could do an auction before Christmas. I was worried but agreed. We had two weeks. Jason did more open houses than I thought any agent would do. Anyhow we got $80k over what I was expecting. I have no idea how he did it but bloody fantastic result.
