Jason was quick to call me back and advise that he would put the offer forward to the vendor however, I would have to attend the home open and, if happy, he would proceed. Jason was great at the beginning, allowed us to have multiple viewings of the property before we made an offer. I feel the level of service declined once we reached our final inspection of the property right before settlement. A few promises were made but not followed through which was annoying and left the buying experience slightly frustrating and anticlimactic. It was a disappointing end.
