I can’t rate Jason enough to sell your home and genuinely care about the seller and the buyers best interests. Jason acts swiftly but with integrity and is a great guy to deal with and communicate with at all times. Jason sold my home in the first home open.
As the title reads, I couldn’t recommend Jason, Jessie and the Semple group highly enough following our recent experience selling our house through them. As first home owners, our experience when first buying our house was pretty poor. The communication was limited at best and we just felt like a paycheque. The thing that stuck with us most is we had to go to the head office to pick up our keys at settlement, there was no congratulations or recognition of any kind. We may as well have just moved into a rental. The service we received from Jason when it came time to sell was night and day from our previous experience. He was attentive and maintained good communication throughout. While settlement was happening, Jason and Jessie always kept us in loop, and replied quickly to any queries we had. During settlement we had moved to the regions, Jason made himself available to help out with the various inspections and to sort out issues. As an example, we had to get our smoke alarms recertified for final inspection. As we had already moved, Jason arranged for electricians to do the job in a timely manner and made himself available to let them onto the property. By final inspection, all of the minor issues had been sorted, despite us being 500km away. Jason is friendly, easygoing and makes you as a customer feel important. I can only hope we get someone like Jason when buying our next home.
