Jason is more a realist than other agents that l considered. Other agents gave me a valuation of our house that, in reality was not achievable based on resent local sales. Jason and myself made a great team. Trust was part of that arrangement. As to the final price achieved. Greater than expected Jason even offered to do the final handover whilst my spouse and l went on a long awaited vacation.
