Jason worked really hard to finalise a sale after a previous buyer pulled out. He gave constructive feedback and spent a lot of time showing the property and organizing viewings with the permission of the tenants. A number of other properties were for sale in the complex, so he achieved a good outcome. His knowledge of the area and experience were an asset.
