Jay is very easy to work with. He is responsive to request and keep me updated on progress regularly. As a vendor I am anxious as what is going on in the background and the feedback from the buyers. Jay is helpful and regularly asking whether I needed help in any matter, be it cleaning, upgrade etc etc to the unit.
