Jay was fantastic and clearly made extra efforts to make this a great experience for us - some examples: 1) always keeping in touch (to check on us or to provide clarity, answers) - almost every 2 days over a 3-week period 2) providing additional information (even creating maps to nearby transport options) to ease our concerns 3) giving us transparency on the process (super helpful as this was our first time buying) 4 helping us through the auction process I would highly recommend him to others and in fact have already referred him to my sister to maybe help manage their rental in the area.
