The agent was polite, courteous and helpful. I have dealt with Belle agents before this, and could really say the same about all of them, which was one of the reasons to choose Belle. The agent recognised our inexperience with property, and was always willing to provide advice, but was always happy to accept any decision we made. I believe that the agent's negotiation with prospective buyers always kept out interests in mind, and in the end probably meant a higher price than we would have received if we'd just said "Yes, take it".

Jay Assay did really great job. First, as a real estate agent, he has deep understanding of the local area. Secondly, he is proactive with the sales process. He proactively contacts the stylists, calls potential buyers and helps with negotiation. Last but not least, he communicates well with me, and always keeps me well-informed. Sometimes, I contact him at night or on weekends, he is still responsive to the emails, text messages and phone calls. Apparently, his performance is beyond my expectations.
