Jay was professional in his approach and believed we ought to receive the best price possible. Whilst other agents were not interested in us and tried to limit our opportunities, Jay believed in us. Jay provided necessary advice, 'removing all existing furniture' and had the property staged not just digital format. Furniture staging really sold the vision of the home to prospective buyers. Jay worked hard for us and our property was sold after the first inspection with 12 offers. In efficiency we couldn't be happier. Contract duration and contract dates were a sticking point. We felt railroaded into accepting what Jay wanted for contract duration and contract date after accepting the highest offer on the table. I would certainly be more discerning next time. Overall, we are happy with Jay.

I recently bought a property in Parkinson and Jay was the agent on the listing. As soon as I arrived at the property, I knew it was my dream townhouse! He made me feel comfortable during the viewing, answered all of my questions regarding body corporate fees etc. He was knowledgeable about the market in the local area and was honest about the sale price. I submitted my offer on the same day, and he contacted me on the Sunday to negotiate the price, as the owners wanted a little more to sell. Offer accepted and conditional contract was underway! If I had questions, Jay was responsive and got back to me when I needed answers. He attended the pre-settlement inspection and even helped me to work out to switch on the oven, as I couldn't work it out. The property was immaculate and clean too! Settlement went through with no issues and his colleague met me at the property to drop off a beautiful gift to say congratulations, which was a lovely touch.
