Exceptional Service from Jay Aston of All Properties Group: A Top-Notch Real Estate Agent Jay Aston of All Properties Group has been an outstanding real estate agent, providing exceptional service in selling multiple properties for me. From start to finish, Jay’s professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident in every step of the process. Jay’s deep knowledge of the real estate market and his strategic approach ensured that my properties were presented in the best possible light.

Jay approached me to sell my property as I had previously bought it through him. He gave a very professional presentation so I chose him to be my agent again. Almost immediately he had an interested group of Asian investors who made an off market offer. That is when his whole attitude changed. I asked him to get the offer up by ten grand. His response to me was F***! I was quite shocked and unsure how to respond but asked him to try for at least another five grand as it was a first offer and less than what I wanted . He sounded quite irritated but agreed to ask the buyer. The buyer agreed and the next issue was the building inspection. Jay informed me that there was an issue with water readings in the bathroom. I was once again shocked and confused. He suggested that there may be a leak but I was very confidant that there was no water issue. The pest and building report was around 60 pages and full of ridiculous claims that did not stack up. On the final day for Building and Pest I was asked for a price reduction of $29,000. I refused and offered a $4,000 reduction which was accepted by the buyer. I did not hear from Jay till the next day. He rang to try and talk me into reducing the price further by suggesting that I had water damage and mould in my ceiling. This was totally unsubstantiated! I told him I did not believe the claims and would not be lowering the price. After that I barely heard from Jay. His communication was very poor. The sale went through and my last communication from Jay was a text from Fiji to ask me if settlement had occurred. I replied that I had been informed by my solicitor that it had. He argued that he had not heard from the buyers Solicitor or mine which meant that settlement had not occurred. I did not bother to reply and have not heard from him since. He was incorrect because settlement had indeed taken place. I found Jay to be arrogant, disingenuous and bordering on rude. He definitely did not have my best interests at heart!

Can't fault any part of our experience buying a house with APG - Jay was always knowledgeable and ready to help.
