This was the second time that I have used Jay for the selling of a property and I will continue to use him regardless of the agency which he's representing as his skill and expertise is far greater than any other estate agent which I have dealt with over many years. Jay was methodical in his preperation of our property and his skill in negotiating with potential buyers has resulted in extremely good results for myself far outperforming expectations of the market. Finally I've always found Jay to be easily contactable even once the property was sold (often other agents mysteriously are hard to get a hold of once they have sold )and during the sales process I was always informed of how the open days went as well as receiving detailed feedback on follow up calls to these potential purchasers. Stuart and myself had a very positive experience working with Jay, Belinda and the team at Jellis Craig. Most of our dealings were with Jay but both he and Belinda were very easy to work with throughout the campaign to sell our property. Jay kept in contact and kept us updated regularly.
