Buying a property in Bathurst with the help and assistance of Jay Cleary made the transaction of the sale smooth and without any issue. Jay was quick to response to our enquiries and was accommodating to our requests during this process. Jay makes the process seemingly easy with great communication and ability to respond to the needs of the buyer as much as the vendors.

Jay is so professional at what he does, brought the house a month ago and the service was second to none, committed and keep in touch throw the whole progress, couldn’t be more happier

Jay made selling our home seem like it was as special and important to him as it was to us. The experience was personable and we felt informed at every turn. This was invaluable to us and we highly recommend Jay!

Jay always been honest and helpful. He has excellent local knowledge and once again very happy with the result.

Jay was fantastic to deal with communicating along the way, made us feel very comfortable purchasing our new forever home. We would highly recommend this service to anybody in the market thank you!

All good, jay and sandy knew the local market, what was happening and how best to market our property. Sold for above my expectations, and an offer made in the first week. Very professional outfit 10/10

I have sold now two houses with Jay and the first one was some 7 years ago and the second house this week. Jay gave us from start to finish his attention to detail and was just as concerned about the purchaser as well as our needs. He thinks long term to list to his clients needs and goals. I would highly recommend his honest, professional and caring services. i don't have to double check he's done things he just gets stuck in and focuses on the tasks at hand to sell the home. We are so pleased we have given him a 3rd house for him to start selling for us starting next week.

Jay has been professional and prompt. He was also accommodating in terms of inspection times and time frames. Jay understands the buyers position and requirements.

Nice Dealing always available for every time. Good luck in future.

Two of the absolute best in the realestate business but these guys don't make you feel like its a business transaction and tour definitely not a number in a queue. After multiple agents and too long on the market we made the best decision to get on board with Jay and Sandy at Cleary Fairbrother Property Bathurst. They never gave up on us and were wonderful and professional and we wouldn't recommend anyone else. Thank you so much for all you have done for us.

Jay as been a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is prompt, professional and quick to respond. Thanks again Jay.
