Jay secured a strong sale price on The Entrance Road with a great turn out to the first open home. Capitalising on two other properties that had just listed at the same time the competitive price point with a superior home and block made for a solid first open home resulting in a sale three days later.

Jay was great to deal with, made the process smooth and seamless for us. In three weeks we had our offer accepted, and had moved in.

I feel so lucky to have come across Jay when looking for a realtor to help sell my Dad’s property. I have never had to sell a home before and was well out of my depths. The marketing that Jay did for the house was also wonderful and my Dad was really happy when he saw the advertising (and of course when he heard the news that he had a buyer!). The way he kept me up to date at every point was fantastic and I also appreciated that he had a sense of humour!
