We were very impressed with Jay from the day he provided us with a valuation. We found his knowledge and professionalism were what set him apart from other agents. We also respected that Jay gave us an honest and fair valuation, based on fact, without inflating it just to get the listing. Jay communicated with us regularly about inspections carried out with prospective purchasers and, when serious negotiations commenced, the final result far exceeded our expectations. Negotiating with 2 buyers, Jay secured us a price higher than the price range. He then went above and beyond by exchanging contracts at 9pm the same night negotiations had commenced.
