To provide feedback on Jay’s skills, knowledge and performance with words will, in my opinion, not do him justice. He was exceptional. From the outset to settlement, which was only four weeks from listing to settlement, Jay made it seem easy. He negotiated confidently and secured an effective sale in a very timely manner. He even displayed some design flair during his initial inspection by suggesting some screening greenery in the courtyard. This small design touch was something quite special that was easily implemented and really added a feeling of comfort. Jay provided effective, regular feedback during the process and I always felt informed and secure. In my opinion, I would rate Jay higher than five stars and would be proud to recommend him.

We selected Jay to sell an apartment we owned in Teneriffe. By no means was it an expensive apartment and Jay was able to stitch together a sale with minimal marketing costs and outlays. This really showed us Jay's integrity as many agents will offer all sorts of marketing that is costly and in reality benefits them. Jay gave us a realistic selling price and in the end the apartment was sold for more, so that was a nice outcome. We both found Jay extremely knowledgeable and his service was faultless. I think this is a real benefit of dealing with an agency owned by two partners who manage all sales. We'd have no hesitation in recommending him and have further plans to work with him again.
