Jay and Michelle Peters are very strong communicators. The reason we picked them to be our agents for the sale of our property is because they have build report with us over the last couple of years through regular email updates of property sales of the area our property was located in, as well as occasional phone calls. When we met them face to face my husband and I each had a good feeling about them. They were pro active with recognising potential wants for buyers and pre-empted with getting a quote for painting of the house, should potential buyers bring up that subject. Our home was staged on a Thursday and sold the Monday evening following without it even hitting the online market, for a very good price. We suspect higher than most for similar size land/ house.
