We have recently had to move my mother in law to a aged care home, I got Jay and Michelle out to give us an appraisal the next week on the Tuesday I phoned Jay and Michelle and said I would like you guys to sell the property for us by the Thursday the photographer was there, Friday it was online, first open house was Saturday and under contract on Sunday.
