We first came across Jay & Michelle at one of their opens. Needing to sell our own property prior to making a purchase, they were quick to appraise and get us on the market in front of buyers physically & digitally. They were very accommodating and helpful working around our families schedules and kept us in the loop with the need to know details. They were there every step of the way with photography, marketing, valuations, building & pest inspections, additional paperwork etc. We would definitely be using their services in the future for other purchases/sales.
We have had a few walk throughs with Agents over the phone and video. This was by far our best experience. Jay and Michelle were organised, helpful and made an effort to ensure we asked our questions and even brought a tape measure and measured what we wanted for us. Other agents couldn't get proper audio, couldn't operate the device etc and it was stressful to us when we couldn't see these places in person. Sometimes agents didnt even show all the areas to us.
