When deciding whom was to sell my property I did the usual thing and had several of the local guys come and present what they have to offer, after all I was trusting these people to sell my largest asset. Methods and marketing were pretty much line ball, although I was impressed with the virtual furnishing that Jays team did on the marketing material. So the main difference was what the sales person themselves had to offer. I wanted and an energetic, relatable, and above all truthful person to represent me, if I can trust my agent then I was sure buyers would feel the same way. So away Jay went, he kept me informed of real potential buyers not just numbers, he discussed options available and how he thought best to move in the negotiations. Needless to say contracts were exchanged quickly and he kept me informed throughout the settlement process. Would I recommend Jay? I would certainly recommend you have him come and present, then you decide.
