Jay and Michelle Peter were contracted to sell my property in Redcliffe. They did the job I paid them to do. The commission was $21000 and I don’t feel they did any more than was necessary to sell my place. We were the ones running around making sure all the lights were on for the open house and then had to turn some off when we came home. We paid for the advertising so all they really did was show people through and complete the contract.

It is a very small element within a comprehensive campaign, and we feel it’s an overreach to suggest it impacts the overall quality of the service delivered. We also want to mention that we made genuine attempts to call and discuss your concerns directly, however the calls were declined. As a result, we felt it appropriate to respond here so your comments did not go unanswered.
