We first met Jay and Michelle through the purchase of our block of land. Jay negotiated and excellent deal for us and the communication was second to none. Due to this we listed our current property with Jay and Michelle as well which, again, was a truly pleasant experience. The feedback after each open home was prompt and in depth which is so important at this time. And to top it all off they negotiated a record price for us.
