I first saw my new home to be at an open home, I found this difficult. I requested a private inspection, with no lights on inside the property. (Personal preferences for me). This was arranged quickly, efficiently, and I fell in love with the home. There wasn’t one single question Jay or Michelle couldn’t answer! Maybe some were trivial but each answered with respect. At 66, moving into a new home with all mod cons was daunting… and I have no doubt whatsoever that Jay will be, and still is, part of my journey. Jay is the one who worked on the contract.
