Having bought two homes and sold one with Jay and Michelle, I never hesitated in choosing an agent to sell my last home which was sold in 13 days! His extensive knowledge even helped with my last move interstate. Nothing was too much trouble despite some complex issues/needs. When I bought my last home, in Newport, both Jay and Michelle were always available to reply to any concerns and could recommend people to assist me, as a person with complex needs.
