It wasn't a straight forward transaction but Barr and Standley helped us through with experience, integrity and good solid advice ending with a very good outcome. Jay Standley in particular was very helpful and supportive.

I was please to work with Jay and his office throughout the process. He kept in contact with me regularly with updates. I was terrible disappointed with the welling price achieved as I truly thought that a higher price would be achieved as be started the listing price with $389 000.00/$388 000.00, and sold for $355 000.00.
