The agent was helpful with answering my questions as a purchaser. The agent has good market knowledge and as the market was falling his local market knowledge was necessary to gain agreement on the settlement price. I used a different settlement agent to the one the agent recommended and the agent was good to work with my settlement agent. I had some after settlement problems with an unfair duty assessment from the department of st state revenue.
