Jay Standley didn’t make any promises, but he listened to us, he didn’t try to change our asking price, or make us feel like we were asking too high a price. We were given weekly updates over the phone, We actually felt like we were really important customers . When it looked like our 2 homes weren’t going to sell, we were encouraged to hang in there, and he didn’t pressure us to drop our asking price. All the staff were professional and we have no complaints at all. We liked the personal one on one touch.
