Jay has always proven to be a trustworthy individual in a profession where credibility is everything. It must be very difficult to do a job when you a trying to please two sides; One who wants to make as much money as possible and one who wants to spend the least they can. Jay seems to strike a good balance and I never felt like he was trying to make a quick buck. If you give him the chance his actions will speak louder than my words ever could.
