I was not given accurate information abouty the unit I was sold
There was no accurate information on the condition of the unit. I was led to believe the unit was air conditioned but not told it was not all working. In my experience from previous property dealings descriptions were accurate but an agent should know and disclose what needed repair before the sale is made. Jayne did not do this which was very dissapointing. so I can't really recommend Jane as someone I would use again, very dissapointing.

I’m sorry to hear that you feel disappointed, and I understand how frustrating this situation must be. At the time of the sale, I was advised by the sellers that the air conditioner was in working order, and I passed this information on in good faith.
As discussed, the pre-settlement inspection is provided to allow buyers the opportunity to ensure all items are functioning as expected prior to settlement. I always aim to support both buyers and sellers throughout the process, and I believe I acted professionally and transparently during the sale.
