Jeff seems to have a very good gauge on the degree of input and communication I needed as a (somewhat busy) Vendor. I used his recommendations/network for staging and trades for minor maintenance and was very satisfied with Jeff and his team's management of these aspects of the sale end to end. Jeff secured a quick sale (3 opens) on very agreeable terms. I was impressed by Jeff's negotiation skills - both the price & terms exceeded my expectations.
