He was a pleasure to deal with from the very first open home, where he took time to show me personally through the apartment and answer any questions I had. He was able to guide me through submitting an offer and kept me updated throughout the entire process as to what was going on. When there was an issue with my finance being approved in time, he was able to keep the contract alive and facilitated extending the finance and settlement date with the seller.
