I purchased my property through Jeff Pickering and dealt exclusively with Jacob O'Brien throughout the process. He was a pleasure to deal with from the very first open home, where he took time to show me personally through the apartment and answer any questions I had. He was able to guide me through submitting an offer and kept me updated throughout the entire process as to what was going on. When there was an issue with my finance being approved in time, he was able to keep the contract alive and facilitated extending the finance and settlement date with the seller. He was also prompt in either answering/responding to any phone calls/emails/messages. It was nice to have someone friendly and approachable as Jacob to assist through the purchasing of my first property.

Kept in great contact, heard about everything from Jacob often days before the solicitors, so you know who was really on the ball. 100% recommend.

Jacob helped our elderly mother with the sale of her home of more than 40 years. He understood the anxiety she was experiencing and was so patient and caring, often popping in to check on her and have a friendly cuppa. He kept us up to date on the progress and ensured that the sale process was as stress-free as possible. Jacob is a lovely young man and we are very grateful for his assistance and a successful outcome with the sale. We recommend both Jacob and Jeff as honest and supportive agents who work with you to achieve a happy outcome.
