Dealing with Jem in purchasing this property was a very smooth transaction. She always kept me up to date with what was happening, and her recommendations of solicitors, and Building & pest inspectors were great. Jem is a very honest agent who genuinely cares about you and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is an easy and stress free process. I couldn't recommend a better agent to deal with.
Jem is a great real estate agent!! Excellent communication- nothing was too hard. Made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. Hope to work with her again in the future
Our property had been on the market for over a year with another agent, with no offers. Jem contacted us who was always polite, and kept in touch with me at all times. Her confidence and enthusiasm to sell our property, along with her lovely personality meant I was happy to change agents, and what a great choice that was – Jem had an exceptional turnout to her opens, she always followed up her clients and provided me with feedback which was important as I was interstate. The property was SOLD after just 9 days at an incredible price. I am totally over the moon and would definitely recommend Jem to my family and friends. Thank you once again Jem.
Jem Rabadia as my agent couldn't do enough to help me sell my Bundamba property in a very volatile and depreciatory market. She communicated with me constantly, was never too busy to talk to me and did so even while overseas on a family matter. She also made sure I had extra backup from her office during this time so that any enquiry sale would not be stalled. Please ask for her personally if you are looking for an agent. I highly recommend Jem Rabadia to you. Teresa Fitzgerald Adelaide SA.
Jem has been incredibly supportive in making property purchase easy despite the distance (being interstate). Jem has a pleasing demeanour and has shown outstanding professionalism. I found Jem to be approachable, despite Realty agents working for the vendors not the buyers and was always ready to answer any questions. I have no hesitation in recommending Jem to anyone, be it a buyer or a seller.
Jem was very good with out sale. She advised us on the right pathway in selling this house. We gave Jem our ideas on selling the house and then she discussed it fully on the area plus the selling of houses in the area. Jem always kept us up to date as to what is happening with the sales and further ideas. We were handed over to Jem from our Real Estate person that was looking after our property.
It was a pleasure dealing with you. You were always polite and easy to speak to. You gave me good advice. You always got back to me promptly and always kept me informed as to what was happening. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending you. Many thanks Jem for all your help and expertise during our dealings together.
I cannot speak highly enough of Jem. I told her that what I liked was that she was interested in the property and the positives of the property when she spoke with me and not in selling herself. I find many agents 'sell' themselves' and how great they will be selling my property but Jem worked on the bests of my property and how that could be used to sell it. Her communication with me / tenant and presumably prospective buyers was outstanding . She made everyone feel part of the process and ensured the tenant was well looked after. I highly recommend her.
Me and my finance' were more than impressed with Jem's commitement to sell our property. Jem was patient, listened to our concerns, was always available for a small chat, has attention to detail, knows the industry and completely left our minds as ease. Jem's input and suggestions throughout the process made things very simple for us. It is easy to talk openly with Jem, which is very hard to find in such a competative real estate market where trust is hard to come by - Jem, you earned our trust after the first conversation we had with you! As we are Sydney/NSW based, we had the pleasure of meeting Jem in QLD, who from the get go was bubbly, smiley, professional and welcoming in all aspects of our meeting. We would strongly recommend Jem for all levels of the real estate market you or your family required assistance with! Thank you once again Jem and keep up the amazing work!
Jem was very helpful when I bought my first home. She was able to answer any questions or concerns that I had and nothing was to much trouble.
Jem is a very capable sales agent When it comes to purchasing or selling the place of yours, communication is the key major thing that you dont want to miss. Evert information was effectively communicated between the seller and buyer, thanks to Jem! She knows what she is offering and always kept us updated with progress of offers and so on. when it comes to my time selling a place in the future, I know who Im looking for.
