In the process of buying a property, Jem had been really helpful and knowledgeable in assisting us finding the right property. She is punctual, responsive to our queries, and assisted us during and after the buying process. I would strongly recommend Jem to anyone looking for a honest, hardworking and responsible real estate agent. Thank you!
Jem was an absolute pleasure to deal with, her prompt communication was appreciated. I would employ and recommend her services.
I had been trying to sell my unit for over 3 years with no success. I had tried 3 other agents a none of them seemed to be able to attract any interest in my property. The fact that I am interstate meant communication was minimal. I decided to try another agent. Through my financial advisor I was contacted by Jem from Little Real estate. She had a plan in place almost immediately and within a week had an offer for me. She achieved a better than expected price for me as she had a good understanding of the market. I have no hesitation in recommending her. Very professional and kept me well informed through the whole process. Very happy customer.
I am pleased to recommend Rabadia for her excellent service and help in finding my first house in Brisbane. She is very knowledgeable in her job and was great help to me for going through the process of buying the house. Also should mention Ted in Belle Property which made buying a house for me much more pleasant and smoother. Thank you Rabadia and I wish you all the best in your business. Regards. Afshin
