Before I decided choose Jen as my real estate agent I interviewed other real states agents from different companies. It was obvious Jen was way ahead in her communication skills providing clear explanations, and she was upfront with market prices and her commission. I chose her based on her enthusiasm and different approach compared with the other agents. She made me believe I can trust in real state agents again. From the beginning of the process until the end, Jen kept me up to date and walked me through the entire process - that had seemed quite daunting at first!
