I can't say enough about how hard Jen worked on this sale, which proved to be a difficult house in a declining market. She just kept at it, cajoling some very difficult perspective buyers who demanded a great deal of patience and careful handling! Her local knowledge also proved invaluable, down to knowing the architect well, and using that as a selling point. She was always courteous, had lots of useful advice, and she was always keeping us in the loop through all the ups and downs. A truly authentic agent is a rare breed, and I can't praise her enough.
