We were impressed with the video description that was prepared for the sale. It created a picture of our home that we thought would be attractive to someone as a prospective buyer. There was always a concerted effort to keep us informed of developments as the sales process moved along. We thought we were dealt with honestly even when subjects that were not entirely to our liking. We respected that.
