Whilst sprucing the house up for sale was in her best interests as well to maximise sale price, I got the feeling she actually cared and had a passion for renovating the house more than merely a means to an end. Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. but it was a bit rush since many things happened at same time-Brian went to hospital on 8/11/24; bought a new unit and the deadline is 14/06 and we spent over one month and S$50 K to do renovation. It create a lot of headache to us.The settlement time 12 weeks is quite long.
