Jen was very flexible and met me over a coffee to give me my appraisal. She gave me a run down of the process, the costs involved and the expected price for my property in the current market. She was very quick to sort out photos, advertising and get my property on the market. She got to know buyers as they inspected the property and gave detailed rundowns on who had been through, and she followed up with them all shortly afterwards. My property was sold after 3-4 open houses over a few weeks and I ended up with 3 offers in one day. Jen negotiated the offers for me and I ended up with a great result.
