Jen guided us through the advertising process and advised honestly of market trends in relation to our particular property. However, during the campaign we, along with the wider community, experienced ‘unprecedented times’; regional bushfires, significant air pollution, global financial recalibration and, COVID 19 marketing restrictions. Some months into this period our decision to take the property “offline” was agreed to by our Agents although Jen never missed an opportunity to promote the property whilst adhering to Covid safe requirements.
