Jeremy impressed me from the start with his professional manner, market knowledge, assuredness and a sales plan which took into account all possible variables in the process. My property was quite desirable, but had a few problems which limited the number of buyers. Jeremy was mindful of these when valuing the property and was, in fact, 'spot on' when it sold at auction. He and his team had responses for any negatives which were thrown up by potential buyers and I have no doubt that they contributed to giving the bidders confidence that they were dealing with a quality property which was worth aspiring to. At all times Jeremy was very up-front with passing on both positive and negative feedback, but in a way which was supportive and gave me confidence. I always felt that my input and observations of the property market were accepted respectfully and incorporated into the sales plan. Jeremy's auction technique was a delight to watch. His body language and confident manner made him come across as an auctioneer who was about to sell a premium property, encouraging the bidders to feel they need to step up to the mark. At no time, however, did he resort to arrogant badgering of the bidders or desperate pleading as some auctioneers occasionally do. His sense of theatre was brilliant, dramatic pauses, moments of humour and sustained bouts of intense, almost mesmerizing, eye contact. There is no doubt in my mind that every last dollar was extracted from the bidders. Auctions always involves a fair degree of stress, but I found the whole process of selling my property through Jeremy and the Fletchers team very easy and always delivered with respect, confidence and professionalism of the highest level.
