The property we were interested was listed for above what we could afford. On the off-chance we sent Jeremy an email outlining our position, fully expecting to be fobbed off or ignored. Jeremy surprised us by responding and patiently working with us to get us and the seller to a price we could both live with. He was also very responsive to our requests to get in to see the property, even though this was challenging with tenants in the property. In all, Jeremy was patient, professional and approachable, a breath of fresh air in a market where real-estate agents don't need to go out of their way to make a sale and are often quite happy to let you know that!
