After hunting for real estate agents to sell my home, Jeremy was the first to respond and the others didn’t really stand a chance after that! Jeremy was very down to earth and genuine, which made me feel comfortable that I was making the right decision. He was a pleasure to work with, cared about my needs and goals, and also showed a genuine appreciation for the wishes of the buyer, which I have a lot of respect for. When he first saw my house, it was a total mess due to painting, moving and cleaning – there was stuff everywhere! We had planned an auction, but because Jeremy had so many potential buyer contacts, we were able to hold two open homes over a weekend and accept an offer by the Monday.
