I met Jerry in 2018 when first searching for a place to buy. What struck me about Jerry was that he was different to the countless other agents I had previously met. Polite, well spoken, bubbly, knowledgeable, passionate and professional but most of all, genuine. I did not buy that particular apartment from Jerry in 2018, but in 2021 when it came time to sell my own apartment, there was no doubt as to who I would use to sell my property. I was immediately impressed from his initial communication, knowledge of the area, street and dwelling type. Jerry also was brilliant coordinating opens while managing my difficult tenant and dealing other unforeseen stumbling blocks, and he did it all with a smile!
