This was the first time we had to really go house hunting and it can be a very daunting experience. We were lucky to stumble upon a property being sold by Stone and specifically JD. From the onset she was very friendly and helpful. She appeared to be generally interested in dealing with us even though we were obvious property "newbies". She took our questions on-board regardless how dumb they may have been and she really was an asset once we'd decided we'd be making an offer. Not once did I ever feel that Stone and especially JD thought that we weren't worth the effort even though we were complete amateurs.
