I want to show my appreciation & heartfelt thanks to Jess for her incredible patience, persistence and exceptional service. Working in customer service most of my life means I have very high expectations of people & their ability to keep communication channels open & to say Jess has exceeded this expectation is the understatement of 2021. I was selling my house in a 'perfect storm' - living interstate in the middle of a pandemic, CBR in lockdown and tenants who were not in favour of the sale of the house. Jess carried herself with grace throughout the experience always keeping me in the loop and ensuring I was notified of any updates at all times. My experience with Stone Gungahlin has been beyond exceptional and I will be screaming their praises to any of my family or friends in CBR who will listen. Thankyou for making a difficult time so much easier and for being such an awesome team! She was also great in keeping me posted very promptly via email and/or via WhatsApp private group. Especially when trying to sell a house from interstate, I couldn't have asked any better agents to work with. Hard to find appropriate words to describe Jess and her courteous and energetic approach. The mature young lady is very knowledgeable and a great negotiator. She communicated promptly, patiently, and clearly without being pushy. We would recommend Jess - exceptionally great.
