Jess was friendly and supportive throughout the process of purchasing our new home. She was clear with her communication and genuinely interested in fulfilling our requirements as a purchaser. As there was more than one buyer interested in the property, Jess explained the process very clearly so that all parties understood exactly what the final process was going to be and this made for a easy process for us to make an acceptable offer to purchase the property. Jess also maintained close contact right up until the sale was finalised and even thereafter. She proved to be a very valuable member of All Properties Group.
