This is the 5th investment property of mine that Jess and her Team has sold. With each of the properties, she strategies a marketing plan unique to the property. Her knowledge of the market is outstanding and she knows her clients very well. She considers the right buyer, the specific needs of the seller and the variable markets at the time to enable an optimum solution. With these considerations she ensures everyone is happy with the sale/purchase. Maintaining a good relationship with both Seller and Buyer is a balancing act which Jess is very good at. Purchasing a new home can be quite daunting however my experience with Jess and Jess from Stone was nothing other than exceptional.
