From the moment we met Jess, we immediately felt at ease and knew we were in good hands. Jess just operates differently to other agents, she is kind, intuitive and genuine. We never felt pressure or rushed. What we didn’t realize was how incredible jess and her team were together. Jess and the team worked like a well oiled machine from the moment we signed up, we were added to a WhatsApp group and any question was responded to immediately. From the prep, photos, open houses and negotiations, we were always kept in the loop and consulted. We received weekly reports, advice and support, when we had to change the schedule, the team made it happen immediately without question. We felt supported the entire time, and never felt pressured to move faster and the team took care of everything. I think what surprised us most was how every member were so invested in us, and achieving an outcome we wanted. The strategy, knowledge and advice was solid and tailored to us as a family. We have had some horrible experiences with agents previously, and I am honestly blown away by Jess, her team and their approach to buying and selling property. I will recommend Jess to everyone, no matter your situation, she will adapt and support you. We got a fantastic outcome when selling our home but more importantly, we actually enjoyed the process because of Jess.
