She came round and provided advice months before we were ready to go to market, was armed with stats and figures and had impressive market knowledge, and then left us to it - not at all pushy - until we were ready to go. When we indicated we were ready, Jess sprang into action. Jess, Alex and their team are consummate professionals, proactive and approachable communicators who know their stuff, providing timely well thought out advice and very responsive. The team provides a high level of service to the vendor including care for the buyer experience, which is impressive. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
