As a buyer, Jess was incredibly easy to deal with and not dismissive of young buyers unlike a large number of other agents. She was easy to get in touch with and happy to answer the silliest of questions from inexperienced buyers. Jess also put in extra effort to keep us informed throughout the entire settlement process.
